A Love That's Worth Having

So, here I sit ... less then fifteen minutes before the end of Valentine's Day 2014, a little wiser, a little cozier, a little sadder than a year ago. But, I have grown a lot. Perhaps some melancholy is the price paid for growth, loss and wisdom.

I hope one day, I will meet a man whom I can share my depth with, be sad as well as happy with. It may take a while and I may be much older by then, but it will be worth the wait.
